PRINCIPLES

Gyrtory motion is the most effective method for screening. It causes 100% rotary motion and causes dispersion stirring and stratification of material to be sifted. Feed material constantly flows in Horizontal motion along a loop pattern on vibro screen surface "PREMIUM" Vibro Screen provides optimum screening and assures maximum feed rate & efficiency.

FEATURES

Vibro Screen are driven by a special type of vertical mounted motor having eccentric weights at the upper and lower end of the shaft. Rotation of out of balance top weight causes vibration in Horizontal Plane where as the rotation of lower weight causes tilt and vibrations in vertical plane.

PRINCIPLE OF MULTIPLANE MOTION

The heart of the vibroscreen is its special heavy duty, Robust motor, having out of balance weight at top & bottom. By changing their lead angle, various spiral screening patterns are obtained to suit different applications.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Premium vibrating screens are economic equipment in screening and Classifying of particles of different mesh. This is a circular motion type vibrating screen with two/four bearing design (subject to application) The screen body is mounted on SPRING to ensure maximum isolation of vibration to the main frame. Depending on size and nature of particles the amptitude and frequency of vibrating screen can be varied for maximum screening efficiency. For special applications rubber mounts are provided instead of spring. A ball compartment is incorporated into screen frame to allow an optional cleaning system.
